
一、个人简介
董银苹,博士,研究员,现为国家食品安全风险评估中心微生物实验室副主任。第四届全国饲料评审委员会委员、中国微生物学会工业微生物专业委员会委员、中国医药教育协会医学基因组学与生物信息学专业委员会委员。长期从事益生菌及致病菌研究工作,多次参与国内及国际突发公共卫生事件应急处置。近年来,主持国家及省部级自然科学基金项目3项、十三五重点研发计划子课题1项、食品安全国家标准制修订项目6项。获中国食品工业协会科学技术奖一等奖、天津市科技进步二等奖、中华预防医学会科学技术三等奖各1项。出版专著6部,以第一作者或通讯作者发表国内外论文30余篇。已完成两名营养与食品卫生专业硕士研究生带教。导师邮箱:dongyinping@cfsa.net.cn。
二、研究方向
研究方向为食品微生物学,主要研究领域包括:一是乳酸菌/益生菌定量和定性检测方法研制、菌株耐药性及致病性研究;二是致病性梭菌的集成及快速检测方法体系构建、菌株产毒及致病机制研究等。另外,在菌株的全基因组测序和序列分析方面也有良好研究。
