一、个人简介

李长见,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,毕业于江南大学食品科学与工程专业。主要从事环境与食品安全控制领域的教学与研究工作。主持国家自然科学基金、山东省自然科学基金、潍坊市科创计划等课题5项。近年来以第一或通讯作者在Food Chem., Food Con.化学教育(中英文)等期刊发表SCI、教学研究论文20余篇,参与出版英文著作2部,申请和授权发明专利4件。指导本科生获得国家级、省级大学生创新创业计划项目4项,本科生优秀毕业论文2篇。导师邮箱:uniquelcj@foxmail.com

二、研究方向

1、聚焦环境与食品安全前沿领域,深入开展污染物(如农用化学残留物、微塑料等)的迁移转化机制、毒性效应评估及绿色高效去除技术研究。

2、围绕食品加工新兴技术方向,系统探索3D/4D打印过程中食品基质的流变行为特性与打印工艺参数优化机制。
