
一、个人简介
邱楠楠,博士,副研究员。北京大学医学部公共卫生硕士(MPH) 导师;河北医科大学公共卫生硕士导师;南方医科大学硕士导师。担任中国分析测试协会食品分析分会委员,《Journal of Future Foods》、《中国食品卫生杂志》、《食品安全质量检测学报》、《分析测试学报》等杂志青年编委。获吉林省科技进步一等奖,浙江省科技进步三等奖。目前带教硕士研究生1名。邮箱:qiunannan@cfsa.net.cn
二、研究方向
长期从事食品化学危害物相关研究,发展筛查确证、代谢表征新技术,用于食品安全监测预警、膳食暴露、内暴露及健康效应研究。多次参加食品安全事件应急处置。
